My o2 won’t work ?!

Having issues getting on to my o2 on app says im a new customer and could take 48hrs to get it working. But iv been with them for years now had issue with it for a bit had to do a new password each time I sign on. But that’s 1st time iv seen that come up about 48hrs any help please ???

You'll need to contact customer service but there is currently an issue with contact so please keep trying.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
