Someone help me because it’s driving me mad.
I have switch up. I have one more 90 days one I can do before the 11 months change starts.
I go through to checkout and I get the no more connections allowed error message. I tried last week to do it, called in and I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours while the representative tried to do the order even though I told her it wouldn’t work.
Last time it happened I called in and was put through to a different team that did something and I was able to do it online.
I can’t get into a branch due to severe agoraphobia and my nearest branch being 15 miles away from me.

Spent another 35 mins on the phone and still no help. I also wasn’t put through to the UK call centre.

The only way you can fix this is by paying off one of your accounts if you have he maximum you're allowed or by doing the switch up in store as they can override the system.
