I have waited patiently for three updates now and the result has been the same. My O2 opens and just closes down straight after in iOS12 on a iPhone 6.
I am not sure if anybody else is experiencing the same problem, but it would be good to let O2 know that there is a glitch in this software and they need to do something about it.
I can't review or check any of the accounts or bills without My O2.
So Telefonica - what's your next move?

Have you tried restoring the iPhone?

My iPhone has too much information on it and restoring the phone is not an option at the moment. Thank you.
I may delete the app altogether from the phone.
