Was recommended the IPhone 12 over the 11 pro by one of o2’ helpful staff not knowing that the 12 had no 3G capability.. I live in Dorset, but travel fir work… so far my phone has failed me completely with internet in cities such as Bristol, Birmingham and even London..
I have been unable to load maps or GPS, unable to access or load emails, mobile banking, whatsapp, Telegram.. nothing loads and has actually meant me being late or missing correspondence completely!!
what do o2 say? ‘Yes.. we’re aware there’s issues there have been for years..’
Am completely unable to use my phone roaming in the summer.. and quite frankly had enough of the networks blazay attitude to over charging their customers for a service they consistently fail to provide..
from viewing the forums I am evidently not the only one.. am I entitled to compensation money back off my bill for the service they are contractually obliged to supply me with and are failing to do so more often than not?
Or do we need to speak to OFCOM again?
