everytime i try to login to my o2 app then look what happens

what should i do

i have cleared cache an ddat on the app settings 

and also uninstalled and reinstallled the app but no change

Sorry to hear it's still happening. Haven't heard of any general issues on our end about this. Any help from customer service as suggested above? In case they can identify any account-related issues that might cause this.

Working fine on my OP6, app version 9.1 so maybe an error with Samsung devices?

Working now. Weirdly i wad outside the country when it wasnt working, soon as i land bacl home it works. Dunno if that had anything to do with it?

Could be as I am currently abroad also so possibly that's the reason. I don't know
