everytime i try to login to my o2 app then look what happens
what should i do
i have cleared cache an ddat on the app settings
and also uninstalled and reinstallled the app but no change

Sorry to hear it's still happening. Haven't heard of any general issues on our end about this. Any help from customer service as suggested above? In case they can identify any account-related issues that might cause this.
