IPHONE 15 Pro Max 256gb In Basket but fails at sending documents Unable to order shambless

I added a Iphone 15 pro max and was able to get it as far as sending document stage but it fails with the following information.

Unfortunately there's a problem with your account

API response is not instance of APIErrorMessage OR its message is empty.

I was able to order the ultra 2 no issues this morning a do have another contract with £360 to pay off but that should not affect it would it ? I was doing this as a second connection and would pay the other off when can return the phone
