Order a new phone and was sent out the documents for phone, plan and t&c's, like I did a few years ago. Everything was fine then and now given same documents also signed them. Waited 3 days and no sign of o2 sending out phone or even contacting me so phoned them and was told everything is good. Now 6 days on still nothing. Phoned them again today and was told that i failed credit check yet 3 days before was fine. So I've signed everything but not getting the phone. Wonder why I have been given 2 different answers? This happened last time on black Friday event where I was refused a phone on a deal until the black Friday ended then was given the phone. Guessing its the same thing again!

Already phone order management also sales team both say it was OK 3 days ago and today its not.
