My O2 failing to open in iOS12 on a iPhone 6

I have waited patiently for three updates now and the result has been the same.  My O2 opens and just closes down straight after in iOS12 on a iPhone 6.

 

I am not sure if anybody else is experiencing the same problem, but it would be good to let O2 know that there is a glitch in this software and they need to do something about it.

 

I can't review or check any of the accounts or bills without My O2.

 

So Telefonica - what's your next move?

No one else has reported the problem so unlikely to be an app issue.
Have you deleted the app, rebooted phone and reinstalled?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @wakidea, sorry to hear you're having trouble getting My O2 to work on your phone. Have you tried the suggestions above? Any luck yet?

My iPhone has too much information on it and restoring the phone is not an option at the moment.  Thank you.

I may delete the app altogether from the phone.
