Hello, I have just received a notification from O2 that I have ordered a new O2 sim. I didn't. Then I received a new message saying they've added a new Overage Allowance charge. I haven't asked for those either. I can't get through to chat support or...

Thanks for the clarification, as a first time user of the community I thought it was voice board of people with ideas that would be entered into by O2 in the spirit of harmony for the product and the greater good. Like you say in your footnote We are all customers. In regard to your second point that has already happened.
