Blue Light Card order not showing?

Good afternoon all,

I'm in a bit of a pickle. Through my employer, I get access to a discount scheme called "blue light card" which has various different o2 deals. I selected the deal I wanted on their own app (45gb for £8.50pm) and the pressed the button that then launched the o2 webpage. I completed the required forms and was told to wait for my credit check to be completed. I then received an email (from o2) to say my check had been completed and to log into o2 to see what to do next. I have logged into My o2 every day since this email (15th Sept) and I still have no order showing. I have phoned the customer support line and the advisor said that he couldn't do anything as if he opened my order it would change the price back to its non-discounted price. There may have been a language barrier but he insisted that he couldn't do anything for me. I just want to know what I need to do next to get my new sim but no-one seems to know what I need to do!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
