The only way you can get a copy of incoming calls and messages is from your phone. O2 can only provide you with calls or texts made from your mobile number they can provide the date, time and dialled number of calls and texts that you’ve made.
These records are only retained for 12 months. They cannot provide the date and time of calls and texts received, or their originating number.
I would recommend looking to see if you have any backup on iCloud or Google, but please be aware if you restore a backup it will override your current data.
If you need incoming and dates, times or the phone numbers of calls or texts you’ve received (these are available on production of a Court Order only as they are classed as third party disclosure).
