Hi
I have just joined 02 but not happy.
I transferred my number from my previous provider. I also transferred my wife number to her phone from her previous provider.
However my wifes name and number was added to my account. This was corrected after 5 phone calls. They deleted my wifes number but her name is is on my account.
When I get a call on my phone it announces my name and my wife name before I answer.
Can anyone advice who to call that will kniw how to deal with this. Get told different things when called customer services.
