Does O2 offer any kind of Customer Loyalty Bonus? I have been with O2 for 20+ years and yet I still only get the same deals as someone that signs up today.

You could always call through to customer services or pop into a local shop to check. There are also various different discounts depending on who you work for.

They do offer discounts on live chat - they usually say 'considering your loyalty I will waive off your upfront cost of' however much they are wanting to give. There can be quite a bit of discount available, the discounts do change though.
