Hi

I inadvertently deleted my esim and I am now waiting for o2 to send me a new QR code.
How can I change from an esim to a physical sim for the meanwhile and does this require me to speak to support or can this be done by myself?

@M19 I'm not certain that you can get O2 to reactivate an old sim, but it would involve a phone call however it goes.
