I am on a sim only tariff and have today bought a S25 Ultra, my esim is on my S22 Ultra.
I have tried live chat but I'm in a queue.
The help/support links state that I should have an option that asks to transfer the esim but there is not.
On the S22 Ultra there are 3 options which includes transferring from another device where as the S25 Ultra does not have that option, it only shows to scan a QR code or search for esims but that doesn't find anything.
I cannot locate a QR code to scan.
There was a barred sim in the my sim option of my account so I have requested for it to be unbarred which I assume is a physical sim card and not an esim.

The words O2 and eSIM should never appear together in my opinion. Other networks can handle this scenario easily. (Done it with 2 others)

Thats a copy and paste from something on the O2 website that I have followed already: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/samsung/galaxy-s25-ultra-android-15/set-up-and-fir... and as stated there is no transfer option showing on my S25 Ultra. There is only search for esims or scan qr code.

Its beginning to look like I will need to phone them at 8am. I have been in live chat for 3 hours waiting to speak to someone. They are closed now I believe since 9pm.

You will need to get customer services to send one to MyO2 or call into an O2 store with photo ID
