I need to cancel the bolt-on that I added on 17 June. I thought I had run out of data when I could not connect to the data.

Thankyou

I called the following day to ask O2 to sort out my sim issues and cancel the bolt-on. The person I was speaking with just hung up on me after telling me to wait.

There is no refund for boltons, as they are one offs...  This is in the terms and condition you supposedly agreed and read before purchasing..

Lesson for the future read the t&c's they are promininetly displayed for you to read and agree too..

OK no problem,

I would like to move to pay-as-you-go sim. How do I do that as Im only using 24% of my current data bundle in my tariff. I checked and saw there is no lower tariff than what I currently have
