OK no problem, I would like to move to pay-as-you-go sim. How do I do
that as Im only using 24% of my current data bundle in my tariff. I
checked and saw there is no lower tariff than what I currently have
I called the following day to ask O2 to sort out my sim issues and
cancel the bolt-on. The person I was speaking with just hung up on me
after telling me to wait.
