The "MY O2" app allows consumer contract and PAYG customers to quickly and easily access their mobile accounts.

Pay Monthly Customers can......

  • See fully itemised bills for the last 6 months
  • Recent charges
  • Remaining mins, texts & data allowance
  • View your bill date including recent payments made
  • Get notification when your running low on allowances
  • Add data bolt ons if you run out

Tip: The app syncs with your contacts so you can see an itemised list of the actual names of people you have called & texted rather than random phone numbers.

PAYG customers can.....

  • View remaining allowances of calls, texts and data.
  • View bolt ons
  • Top up
  • See your tariff charges and service costs.

Tip: There is an extensive help section available via a dedicated help button.

You can download the app for Apple & Android and once downloaded you sign in with your O2 account details. You will then be prompted to set up a 4 digit PIN to protect your account. This is all that you use in future to log in with.

Pay & Go customers can sign up at http://www.o2.co.uk/register

There is a forgotten sign in option from the log in page should you forget your sign in details at any time.

I think My O2 is brilliant for P&G customers because I find a lot of the time anniversary dates and tariff allowances get forgotten.

I agree @Anonymous

The only shortfall is you cannot add a bolt on or view the remaining allowances within a bolt on.

None of your guides advise what to do or whom to contact when you receive error codes!

I haven't been able to log in to the app for days. Everytime I try my user name and password I get a (code 5) error message on the screen. The user name and password work perfectly ok on my lap top and desk top.

I have reset the password twice and makes no difference.

The twitter team were useless.

The online chat person was an utter moron

The help line shifted me between 3 different teams and none of them had a clue.
