Wifi calling turned off?

Hi All,

For the past 72 hours, wifi calling has just stopped working.

I've restarted multiple times, been on airplane model and done everything the guidance has said, but no joy. 4G and Wifi calling is enabled on the phone. I live in an area with no mobile phone reception, so if there is a problem, I can't receive or call anyone at all or send or receive texts. I'm effectively cut off, which doesn't feel safe. The bot guide was worse than useless.

Is anyone else having any problems with this? I don't know what to do.

@boze22

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

My question was "Is anyone else having this problem?" i.e. other customers. I wasn't asking anyone to access my account.

And I can't call them - that is literally the problem, and I'm not on social media.

But thanks for your response.

Mine's working fine so it's not a complete failure, hence the reason for your account needing to be checked @boze22

If you really have no way of contacting O2, I suggest you go in store for help.

Bit late to the party but I thought I would check for you and mine is working fine

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thank you. I'm getting nowhere with customer support who are claiming that their internal servers are down so they can't help me, so I may just look elsewhere for a new contract. Thank you though.
