hello.
One my accounts has hit 24 months so I am able to unlink it from my device plan now.
I want to keep the number and move it to one of my other accounts via a number migration
How can I do this please? I saw the guide posted here about moving number but it's not a transfer of ownership it's just moving my current number which I want to unlink to take over another number on one of my other lines.
I can't access live chat it seems to be down and the social media team keeps directing me to call but I can't get through to anyone.

Guide: Migration & porting into O2 has most of the info you need, and the new MyO2 online web version is better at handling accounts with multiple phones on it, so try that first @jamieleewv1 - otherwise reach out to the O2 Social Media Team on either of the links just below for assistance. The advice generally is that if you 'phoning O2 @jamieleewv1, you need to call as close to 8.00am as you can.
