Hello all
I am new here so not sure if I am in the right palce, so bear with me.
I am a new VOLT customer and gained a sim when I signed up to virgin media as part of the package. I have realised that the included data is just not enough. Am I able to increase this by going into the app? Will this impact my virgin contract in any way? I am super new to the new O2 VIrgin togreather thing so just wnated to make sure that I dont mess it up.

You should be able to upgrade the account in the My O2 app
Otherwise call 202 and speak to customer service

I think so yes, I linked the two accounts togeather so it has upgraded the data package. Unfortunetly I am only getting a small ammount (10gb) so not a great ammount when I go hiking and getting map streaming ect. So was an oversight on my part.
