Hi,
I would like to add my spouse's name to the O2 monthly bill and couldn't find a way to do it. Both are numbers are associated with my name and account at the moment (to get the family discount). Anyone has done this before?

Nobody here has access to your account, @NTP - looks like you should contact Customer Services as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you: on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or
Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 202 from either phone.
It may be possible if one contract is nearly up, as a new contract and credit check is likely.
Take care though, as adding a new contract phone into an existing MyO2 account has been disabled while O2 work to move its customers over to a new billing system, 360.
