SIM confusion

I have an old pay as you go SIM" when I bought a new phone o2 sent me a new SIM I have tried to top up my old SIM which is the one in my phone but the top up has gone astray - maybe to new number that I don't need

That all depends on which number you topped up and how?

We can't see that from here so you'll need to ask O2.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).
