How do I stop my direct debit

My contract has run out and I need to cancel my direct debit. I have moved to a cheaper company

You need to cancel your contract with O2.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

Once cancelled, O2 will stop calling the direct debit and you can cancel it with your bank, but only after your final bill has been paid.

Just remember cancelling your Direct Debit without going through O2 can end up ruining your credit file as things are passed to the debt collectors

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
