I fell into financial difficulty and fell behind with my bill payments. I spoken with payment management team a few days ago who removed the bars placed on my account, I created a repayment plan and paid my first installment and setup a direct debit. My next installment is not due yet however last night the bars have been placed back onto my account with no warning! I tried calling collections this morning who are refusing to help me and remove the bars until I pay the full amount outstanding. Why has this happened when I spoken with someone a few days ago and they sorted it for me! Does anyone have another number for payment management other than 0800 902 0217

The only people who can tell you why it has happened is the Payment Management Team, and the only number to call them on is 0800 902 0217
