I’ve tried to pay my bill but it’s refusing to take payment. I tried to pay online like I normally do, but once I sign in and go to pay it’s coming up that page doesn’t exist?
I then called 02 yesterday and I failed ALL my security questions ???? So couldn’t pay and now they’ve restricted my services and charged me a late payment fee!
I dint know what to do?

Try and contact the Payment Management team, and see if they can get you in via alternative security questions or use the automated payment line when you try and dial out.
