I had Disney plus as an extra free but changed my tariff but no longer have Disney plus .

When I go to shop the same tariff still gets Disney plus free

If you change your tariff you could lose an extra @Yaz2

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
