I’ve just returned to 02 with a new phone/number etc. i need to access the app, they sent a code to my new number, all good. Then for security check they’ve sent a code to a number I haven’t had for years. Each time I click on contact us, I get the same circle of events.
whst do I do now?

There should be an option to send to a different number on the screen where it says which number the code will be sent to.
