The MVNOs will always come top with value for money. Giffgaff have no customer service to speak of.

Yes I'd always thought that GiffGaff's CS was just online with no direct contact. The survey is a bit misleading then, if it's more about value for money than customer service.

Unfortunatly to see the full survey results you have to be a which member and the bbc are focusing on the customer service and value perhaps I used the wrong title

Personally I think the survey is flawed. How can Giffgaff come top of customer service...when they don't have a dedicated CS department?  4000 people were polled by Which. That means you have to subscribe to Which to be eligible to participate...Nonsense.

giffgaffs cs is the forum so if customers get their Q's answered in a few seconds (multiple times usually) then it has to be good ?

So that's like on here.......but logically it would seem that more customers use Live Chat and O2 CS than the Community........O2 should learn a lesson from GiffGaff perhaps ?
