Hi second time posting as I feel like I am being ignored! Any help with the Samsung S23+ And Buds £1 promotion? Anybody!

I upgraded in October to the Samsung S23+ and there was an offer to get Buds for a £1 but I've not received anything and I have just gone past 30 days.
