@PetraTD The best bet is to phone O2 customer service and log the issue
with them, and keep chasing it up if you don't hear anything.I was told
the stock of the buds is the issue, so they'll probably send more codes
once Samsung update stock

about promotions. My mistake. But no, I haven't received a promo code,
and haven't had any luck with customer service either.Do you think you

buds2 pro graphite for £1 when bought with Samsung Galaxy S23+.I don't
remember the exact period for qualifying purchases, but it was active
when I upgraded on 9/10/23
