Ive lost all access to mobile data, now only able to make calls and access the net when on Wifi (and WhatsApp).
I cant even call O2 business customer service, and when I did, using my partners phone, was told by voice message that the office was closed... even though I rang at 08:45, ¾ hour after it should've 'opened'.

How do I fix this?

NB

@ "Mobile Service" I am only offered "Mobile Data: Primary", and "Set up personal hotspot". I have a primary SIM and a recently installed and used eSim. Mobile data switching is set to 'on'.

Sounds like the eSim is trying to route the data.

What happens when you turn off the esim, or set o2 as the Primary sim card?

Have you tried a network reset on the phone?

Other than that you will need to try o2 again, as this isnt customer services and no one has access to your account.

If you still have installed a physical sim, remove it.

Sounds like data is being called for from a none working sim.

I don't think the eSim is an o2 esim, from reading the initial post, but another network esim..
