Placed my order on 20 September and inundated with three emails per day for the next 7 days. All stating the same thing, delivery in 2 weeks. On 27 September the same again but this time it was delivery in 1 week
On Wednesday 01 October I received 2 text messages and both stating delivery in 2-3 days.
As nothing arrived, I contacted O2 customer services and they said not to worry the email was due out…… still waiting
Today and whilst sat outside the local O2 shop, I asked the staff inside if there was a delay and the answer was 3-6 weeks.
why is O2 so useless with communication skills and why are the staff clueless

Been like that for ages - in fact it seems to be getting worse

Customer service would have no idea as O2 don't have a live stock system or any system they can access
On top of that it would mean them making ann effort to contact the sales department, particularly difficult from South Africa or other corners of the world
Better to call the sales people directly
