Hi everyone,
In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Current issues being looked into
-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-
- Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
- New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
- Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read
Current feedback being looked into
-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-
- Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
- Size of the homepage header
- Image in the hompage header
- Lack of board structure on the homepage

Hey everyone just a quick note on the unread posts issue. We're working closely with Khoros to get this resolved ASAP. We might need to do some testing with you so I'll ask for some volunteers in this thread as and when this is required.
Apologies for the time it's taking to resolve but it's proving to be a tricky one and I know how frustrating it is.

Is there a problem with the "add a youtube" link button on PC/Full view?
Giving me this error, which is piffle as I've always been able to add in the short "youtu.be address:

For a few days, the "Unanswered" list on the forum was working as it should, giving you instant access to the top 5 (or less) Unanswered posts.
Now we have begun to get product and priority announcement posts again, these informational posts are hogging that space.
Nobody is going to answer them. Why not indicate that these posts do not need an answer (somehow!) so they do not clutter the Unanswered list and leave it working the way it should - ie, for highlighting to the Community that some poor soul has a problem and could do with a reply?
