All this modern technology. I'm known to still use dowsing rods!

Few older guys working for United Utilities still use them, although the company deny that's the case.

A few years back I found a water feed into a building that was not documented. 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
