When I had problems with email I looked on their website for a number to call them but can't find one!!!!  Why on earth do they have to meddle with things?

Pretty damn annoying just seeing this message for the last 3 hours when you try and speak to someone as well...

Web chat

Sorry. All our advisors are busy chatting to other customers at the moment. Please try again a bit later.

I guess no message or ackowledgment on their status pages that this is even going on as would leave them liable for refunds due to a long service outage its been down for hours now very very poor service from o2

Hi Jon

I'm not great with this stuff but I dont think the email outtage should affect your internet connection.

Is your broadband with o2?

True to any electronic equipment, have you tried switching the router off & on again?

Regards,

Sean

This would be a router or line issue, suggest re-booting router.
The email issue is not affecting normal network access.

What a surprise still no status update to even acknowledge the problem.

It would make their life easier not having people ring up, but I guess that anything has to be checked and agreed at management level before being posted in case it exposes o2 to any finacial risk.

I had a webchat earlier and it was a known problem which was supposedly being worked on but could take up to 24 hours to fix.

Knowing how staffing levels are at weekends I guess the fix time is longer due to staffing levels and experience.
