Hi
I'm in Austria and can't get online with my iphone 6 - keep being told I don't have a data package which I do. This has happened in Italy and France as well. I've turned off 4G but that doesn't help.
Impossible to get through to O2 on the phone - get cut off. If this can't be sorted I'm leaving O2 when I get back to the UK.
Thanks for any tips

Leave it as it is as you are abroad but when you get home, call customer services and ask them to put you on iData, then change the apn back.

It may be possible for you to change it in your MyO2 but if not call.
It's free from abroad if on contract http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Impossible to get through - ages answering various automated questions then get cut off. Could it be settings? Or do I need to be signed up to O2 Travel to get data roaming in Europe?

Try resetting your network settings or text the word "Active" to 2020

Reset didn't work but I think I have a clue as to what the problem might be. My husband's phone - exactly the same, bought almost the same time as mine - is logging on to a T Mobile Austria network and has no problems but mine is going for an AT network. I've tried switching off the automatic log in and selecting T Mobile Austria myself but then it says No Service.
ANy ideas?

Try your sim in your husband's phone to see if you can register on a network. Sometimes just cleaning the sim may help.

Thanks but I'm afraid that didn't work either. Still saying No Service.
