Hi
I upgraded my phone in store and was told i would have o2 travel, i used o2 travel on my last holiday and was not charged however on my recent holiday i was charged. why did the sales rep not explain they were downgrading my o2 travel to europe only. i am disappointed with this level of service and unhappy that i came home with lots of charges- surely the spend cap should prevent charges abroad?

Sorry but did you not check yourself the contract to see if it had the requisite Bolton's before signing or clicking agree.
Also as @Enlli points out not all countries are covered by o2 travel and its YOUR responsibility to check like your contract
