Resolved! Error code 14 and 15 pairing Apple Watch to new phone

I am unable to pair my Apple Watch mobile data with new iPhone. Error code was 14 now it is error code 15. Can someone assist? Shop is unable to help and the call centre haven’t got a clue on this either. Thanks
