Can’t receive emails. Comes up with No password provided for Virgin.

You will need to speak to Virgin Support, and all the details on how to connect to the flakiest email platform in the universe can be found on either there community or the support pages.. 

My advice get your own domain and mail service and dont rely on ISP based email services

Try deleting the email account from your phone and set it up again as an imap account.

To set up a Virgin Media email account on an iPhone, you can do the following:
    1. Open the iOS Mail app 
       
       
    2. Select Add new account 
       
       
    3. Tap Other 
       
       
    4. Enter your name and Virgin email address details 
       
       
    5. Click Next 
       
       
    6. Select Imap 
       
       
  • Enter the following technical details:
    • Serverimap.virginmedia.com 
       
       
    • Port993 
       
       
    • SecuritySSL/TLS 
       
       
    • UsernameYour full email address 
       
       
    • PasswordYour password
