I have recently changed from an iPhone 13pro to iPhone 17. I have no service on the new iPhone and also received an email from o2 “Sim Swap: due to Technology change” I was just wondering if I need a new SIM card?

Try your old sim or check if an esim has been sent to your MyO2.
