How many times did you enter the wrong code?
Any more than 3 times and it's hard locked to o2 forever I'm afraid.
If less than 3 times, just request the correct code to unlock it.

It's stuffed then, I fear, but apply for the correct code anyway and try it.

That's a shame. My option would be to sell the phone and put the proceeds towards the cost of a new sim free phone of your choice.

Having to sell a phone locked will severely reduce its price. Best bet is to sell it to someone like CEX who are bound to be able to unlock it.

Only other option would be to find a backstreet shop to get it unlocked, but you won't get any guarantees.:smileysad:

You can't unlock it if it's gone into hardlock, not CEX, not a backstreet shop, not a market stall or anywhere.
The only way you used to be able to recover this was with JTAG which only Samsung have, but since the introduction of Knox, it's not possible.
The only way this is going to work is with a new motherboard (again, if hardlocked).
