use wrong unlatching code

hi, I mistakenly used the Pac when trying to unlatch my phone from o2, and it is now locked. it works on original o2 sim but says it's locked when using new provider sim. o2 say to contact samsung and samsung say contact o2. How can I unblock it

Just tried that code on my unlocked phone and I get the same invalid error message.

Maybe it doesn't work anymore then.
As I said earlier, the introduction of Knox changed no end of stuff.

No offence to the OP, I know it's a fair bit to some, but £126 for a recycled one isn't a bad price, and they wouldn't have to go through all this palaver.

I would try CEX, they wouldn't know it was permanently locked 🔒 to O2. I have grave misgivings about O2 Recycle.
