use wrong unlatching code

hi, I mistakenly used the Pac when trying to unlatch my phone from o2, and it is now locked. it works on original o2 sim but says it's locked when using new provider sim. o2 say to contact samsung and samsung say contact o2. How can I unblock it

Go to the dial screen on your phone, and press *#7465625#
A menu will be displayed that will resemble the following...
1. [ ] Network lock
2. [ ] Subset lock
3. [ ] SP lock
Everything should be off on an unlocked phone.

Have you got wifi calling activated in your MyO2, even though your phone is not compatible?
