Hi , I have struggling to set up my apple watch cellular service on my O2 network. It just keep saying below error:
Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 110
I rang up many times to 202 but no helpful information received by agent:(
Any help or advice please ?
Story:
I’m on o2 sim network.
I bought an apple watch ultra privately and got my own iPhone 14 pro , both are updated to latest version of 11.6 Os and 18.6 iOS .
When I try to set up cellular service it takes me to o2 network and about error will display.
Can you help with this please as Im stucked:(

Thanks , I walked up to store today, agent said because you didn’t buy apple watch from us so we can’t help with this so , call back 202 for solution. I rang 202 again agent said go back to store we can’t sort this out. I tried social media again agent said go to store so , they definitely will solve the issue which didn’t:(
no idea what else I should do . I’ll try another store tomorrow as I need to use cellular or return the watch if didn’t work ..
any more advice please ?
