Hello, I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max (refurb - like new) from the O2 website. Within the first day of using it I realised that the screen wasn’t registering touch when typing, it was turning off and not coming back on, the screen would stop responding completely and the battery is draining fast despite the battery health being 91%. It’s draining faster than my iPhone 12 Pro Max with 75% health. You can also feel that the screen isn’t secure in the corner.
I went into my local O2 shop, was told this is normal (all the issues) and that they can’t help me because I bought it online. Gentleman I spoke to was rather uninterested. Upon speaking to the online customer service, I need to go into store and change it there because I can’t unlock my iCloud. It’s also frustrating as they won’t give me a device in the meantime.
Can I actually return it to the store and get a new one delivered to home? I have a newborn and need a working phone ASAP.
