Sending Pictures on my Sony Xperia Tipo

Anonymous
Not applicable

Until very recently, I have been able to send pictures. Now I get a message " Message will be sent when service becomes available" then after a short time. "Message could not be sent".

I have checked and rechecked my setting, which I received vai an email from o2. I have had them send my setting via ACTIVE to 2020. I have been chatting to 3 different advisors, who all tell me that my account is set to send and reeceive pictures. But I am still unable to do so.

Can anyone help please. Thanks

Everything you've got in your mms apn. It should be called O2 MMS unless you only have one apn?

is that apn type "default, supl" ? You have put a full stop, not a comma, not sure if a typo?

No worries, however, it doesn't help us. Everything is/should now be set up correctly, yet it's still not working.....??

I have no more to offer unfortunately. You could try in store to see if there is a setting on the phone that's been missed or something like that but as long as data is enabled that is all you need.

Might be a silly question, but have you actually got credit on your SIM and not just an allowance, as mms are chargeable at 35p each so without actual credit they will fail.....?

No, It is not a silly question. Anything that could help. I have £22.14 . credit.   I usually top up monthly to get the free allowance. The £10 top up  just seems to accumulate unless I use it as a 'phone. Thank you again for your help. I will get to the o2 shop sometime, and will let you know the outcome, if you wish.
