Hi All,

I have a Mercedes C200 2011 model and a Galaxy Note.  I have paired the phone to the car but can't figure out how to transfer the address book.  The car comes up with "waiting to transfer" and number of items transferred = 0.  Can anyone tell me how this is done?  The Merc book says the info is with the phone instructions but I can't find or figure it out

Hi All,

I got my answer through the Mercedes Benz forum.  Mercedes have published a document that lists all the various phones and then gives detailed instructions on how to export vcards from the Galaxy Note into any suitable Mercedes car.

Anyone wanting the info

1. select contacts from the front screen on the Galaxy

2. Select settings from the contacts screen and choose export to other device

3. Select all or however many contacts you want to export

4. Select "Done"

5. You are then presented with a selection of available devices - select Bluetooth

6. Turn car ignition on and wait until Bluetooth has paired with car

7. Select import vcards on car

8. All selected contacts are imported

9. Job  done
