Yep, continual crashing for about 40 mins now...

Has anyone actually managed to checkout/complete an order online yet?

Probably the most shambolic online ordering experience I've ever encountered this year.  In previous years I've been able to complete checkout within about 15 minutes or so but this time we're at 50 minutes of random errors, slowdown etc.  Meanwhile EE and Vodafone's sites are absolutely fine.  How can it be this broken?

You will just have to be patient, some colleagues at work have had the same issue with other networks..

Just to add on of the Tech channels I am on , and looks like as well Apple have crashed and some phones are now Mid/Late October...

But agree the o2 site is very glitchy for the iPhone 14.1 aka the 15 (sorry couldnt resist).

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Sorry, the high demand for the new iPhones means that some customers are running into difficulties when trying to place an order. It’s an intermittent issue that isn’t affecting all orders, so please keep trying. We’ll update as soon as we have more.

At first I was a bit annoyed having to visit a store to do the pre-order, but looking at the complaints here of the online process... I feel like I was forced into the best option!

Same for me.  It's responding ok now but right at the last step I get:

Something went wrong

Hopefully it's failing before it actually submits a credit check request - I've retried checking out a few times and don't want to find out I've had loads of checks added to my report!
